WHO'S JERRY?

Jerry is actually a real guy
with a real love for grilled
hot dogs and sausages. He was born just outside of
Cleveland, where backyard
barbeques (in good weather) and tailgating (in
any weather) are a way of
life. Jerry eventually
traveled to areas like
Chicago, New York City
and Buffalo where hot dogs
and sausages, in their wondrous shapes flavors, are considered to be an art
form. As his appreciation for great dogs and sausages continued to grow, he
became convinced that cooking over a wood grill brought out the best flavor possible.

Jerry brought his passion to California and as they say, the rest is history.
Through much practice, he perfected is wood-grilling techniques, and soon
discovered that... Everybody Loves A Good Dog. Realizing that great hot dogs
were hard to find out west, Jerry decided to open a restaurant and share his
delicious creations. Working with a master sausage maker he developed his own
recipes, making sure to use only the highest quality ingredients.
